Stock Goods Pop Up Space has recently become a popular hot spot for yoga classes in Woodstock. Stock Goods is located next to the East End Park in a renovated garage space. The Woodstock Athletic Club
If you are staying at the Inn, use of The Woodstock Athletic Club facility is inclusive in your stay. Most fitness classes are also complimentary for inn guests. Monday Motivation Yoga with Kelley Boymer at the Woodstock Athletic Club: 7:30-8:30am
Kickstart your week with this energizing, uplifting mixed level Hatha Vinyasa flow. A mixture of guided meditation, pranayama, mudras and flow positions with inspirationally themed classes will start you on the right note and gear up for the week ahead in mind, body and soul.
Slow Flow Yoga at the Woodstock Athletic Club: 10-11:15am
A gentle class that flows with breath from one pose to the next. Longer holds in between transitions let you ‘feel’ into poses with each breath, with a focus on alignment.
Trapeze Yoga with Erika at the Woodstock Athletic Club: 5:30-6:30pm
Build upper body strength, relieve back pain, and explore backbends. No prior experience required, just a desire to improve strength and flexibility! Worried about going upside down? Don’t be! There are many options with the trapeze that don’t require inversions. But you’re going to want to try! Contraindications: Pregnancy, high/low blood pressure (consult with Dr), glaucoma or other eye issues, recent surgeries, vertigo, prosthetic hips.
Shambala Farm Yin at Stock Goods: 5:45-6:45pm
Yin is a slower-paced practice that involves holding yoga postures longer. Yin yoga is relaxed, contemplative, and targets the deeper connective tissues of the body, like fascia and ligaments. Our Yin classes foster a soothing, chill environment that encourages students to be mindful of their bodies while enjoying gentle static movement and mellow tunes. It’s time to zen-out!

Vinyasa Yoga at the Woodstock Athletic Club: 7:30-8:30am
Based on the belief that mental & physical health are interrelated, & should be conditioned together, Vinyasa emphasizes sequential movement between postures, coordinated with & guided by deliberate breath. Move between postures with each held for 5 to 8 breaths. A balanced class with forward bending, twists, backbends & opportunity for inversions.
Kara Duval Pilates at Stock Goods: 5:45-6:45pm
With her background as a Pilates instructor and mobility specialist, Kara Duval has created a method of movement whose mission is to enable a lifetime of movement freedom. By fusing Pilates, mobility, strength and functional movement with detailed and sensitive cueing, you will be left feeling more fluid with your motion and connected to your body. Kara will be be offering 2 of her signature classes, The Origin and The Foundation, at Stock Goods.

Yoga with Greta at Stock Goods: 8:30-9:30am
Yoga with Greta is an “All Levels Flow” class rooted in the style of vinyasa and designed to accommodate any practitioner. In Greta’s class you will often work toward a peak pose and explore inversions and backbends. Props will be utilized and modifications will be offered throughout the sequence.

Nichole Lee of Shambala Farm’s Saturday class is a modified Ashtanga yoga paired with fun, upbeat music playlists. As a classically trained Ashtanga yoga teacher, Nichole has a deep appreciation for tradition and teaches all of her classes in a mix of English and Sanskrit. She also loves pushing yogic boundaries with music and an eclectic teaching style.
Sunday

During the summer, classes are taught outdoors (weather dependent) with the scenic pond as the backdrop.
Inferno Hot Pilates at Stock Goods: 9-10am
Melanie of Blueberry Hill Yoga & Fitness takes Pilates basics and turns them on their heads! A high intensity, low impact workout that’s very beginner friendly. This class keeps your heart rate variable and your mind engaged. IHP is a powerful workout, and a heck of a party!
