TARTAN PLAID JACKET / SIMILAR WOOL COAT / TURTLENECK SWEATER / JEANS / LACE UP FLATS / WATCH

Tis the season for festive prints and cozy layering. Plaid is one of my favorite ways to dress for the holidays, particularly in more neutral palettes like blues and grays. Layered over this cozy turtleneck sweater from Talbots (that I’ve gotten more wear out of than you can possibly imagine) and under this long wool coat it’s a polished combo for those brisk days. The faux fur collar adds a gorgeous touch to this coat, perfect for layering. I’m sticking to neutrals this season because of the sophisticated touch they add to your wardrobe, and it just makes getting dressed in the morning so much easier!
