For our first trip to Lake Tahoe I packed very light. If you saw on my Instagram stories I was pretty impressed with myself and my one small carry-on. I did bring as many layers as possible because the weather is quite chilly during our trip. I anticipated lots of hiking and being outdoors so I brought along some of my favorite staples. My Nike Air Max Thea sneakers are a great walking and hiking sneaker (and comfortable to travel in). This cable knit from L.L. Bean is warm but not too hot and nice for layering under this anorak (I love the classic black). This sun hat from Cuyana and lots of suncreen since we plan on being outdoors a lot (this is my favorite for face, I wear it everyday). I also packed my favorite sunnies and this Madewell tote that I can throw all my stuff in for a day at the lake or walking around town. Excited to wear these new denim shorts from Paige and you can’t beat this cute bandana for only $5. There’s snow in the forecast for tomorrow morning here so let’s hope that doesn’t happen because I definitely didn’t pack for that!
