SHOP THE POST

A few days ago I had the chance to visit the new  Lou & Grey store at the Natick Mall. The store is the aesthete’s personal heaven with a beautifully designed layout and carefully curated selection of goods to compliment the already pretty color scheme of soft neutrals. I’ve been a fan of the brand since I discovered it a few months ago for it’s clean and fresh aesthetic. Their brand statement says, “comfortably confident and confidently comfortable.” That really resonated with me. What we wear says so much about who we are, where we’re going and who we want to be. Their line is a mix of carefully designed basics from sweatshirts to denim to slouchy track pants and simple dresses. The color palette is simple yet appealing in grays, blues, black and white with the occasional deep red. It’s one of those stores where you literally want one of everything, I had a really hard time leaving with just one outfit, and it’s the type of clothing line where you could mix and match each piece. Since I’m such a denim girl I opted for skinny jeans because they fit me perfectly and were the softest jeans I’ve ever tried on and paired it with the striped shirt because of it’s versatility and slightly nautical/preppy feel. With everything on the site 40% off today it’s the PERFECT excuse to try a few pieces for yourself. Check it out, and let me know what you think!
