SPRING SKIING AT SUNDAY RIVER: #HAPPYPLACEFOUND

How To Wear A Tunic Sweater

Craig and I have been itching to get up North and do some snowboarding and we finally got the chance this past weekend. Sunday River has always been one of my favorite mountains in New England. I have so many great memories of skiing and snowboarding there as a kid. It was my first time back to the mountain in several years and I was blown away by how big it is (there’s 8 mountain peaks). It took Craig and I almost the entire day to go from one side of the mountain to the other and we had a blast. Our morning runs were exactly as we’d hope, fresh corduroy trails, sun shining and not a person in sight. It felt like we had the mountain to ourselves. We stayed at the Jordan Hotel (I highly recommend by the way) which is on the mountain so we strapped on our snowboards and hit the lifts bright and early. Sunday River has some really awesome ski and stay deals and there’s no shortage of powdery snow up there. If you’re itching for some end of season skiing or snowboarding there’s no better mountain in the Northeast!
