Sézane Wardrobe Staples for Spring
This post is in partnership with Sézane. Thank you for supporting the collaborations that help keep this site running.
It’s a little hard to believe spring is a week away. We have yet another snowstorm on the way tomorrow, but it has been exceptionally sunny and warm lately which is so nice, even if there’s a foot of snow on the ground. Getting away for a little bit to somewhere warm was amazing and got me so excited for spring style. While the season may be slightly delayed here, I’m still incorporating spring into my wardrobe any chance I get.
Sézane is always one of my favorites for chic basics and seasonal staples. So many of my favorite wardrobe items are pieces from Sézane, so I wanted to share some of my favorite Sézane wardrobe staples for spring. These pieces work well for the upcoming season, and many can extend well beyond spring. My favorite thing about them is how versatile they are, whether you want to wear them to work, on the weekend or to date night. Make sure you check out my Sézane shopping guide for tips on sizing, etc.
Sézane Wardrobe Staples for Spring
The first morning of our warm weather getaway I wore this outfit into downtown St Pete. We got coffee and walked around, and two separate women stopped me to compliment my outfit. I couldn’t help but laugh (it also totally made my day). The simplest outfit garnered the most attention. Less is more I guess. It is a great and easy combination. I wore it multiple ways throughout the trip. This wouldn’t quite work in Vermont right now, but a warmer version of it definitely could. Swap the tank for long sleeves and swap the sandals for booties.
juan t-shirt (tank)
I got the Juan t-shirt last summer and I really like the square neckline and thicker straps. It’s made with organic cotton and a little bit of elastane for stretch. I love the length of this which is perfect for tucking because it’s not too long but definitely not cropped. It comes in a few colors including a navy and white stripe, but I love how versatile it is in white.
le crop jeans in white
This is a newer denim style from Sézane and one of my absolute favorites. They’re 100% organic cotton with a slightly cropped length and flared fit. They form to your body and while they don’t have any spandex in the fabric they have some give. I went up one size in this style. They look great with a basic tank or tee but you can also dress them up with a blouse and blazer.
neutral sweater
The Sami Jumper which is the sweater I brought to Florida is a merino wool and organic cotton blend. It’s super soft and I love the button detail on the sleeves. It runs on the smaller/fitted side so I’d size up if you want it to be a little more roomy.
conrad tee
I talk about this tee all the time because it’s seriously the best. It’s incredibly soft, great quality, and washes really well. I’ve had the white for years but recently got it in navy which also looks great with pretty much anything. I wore it with the white jeans and white linen shorts in Florida. It also looks nice layered under the Michele Jacket for a business casual look.
paloma tote
The straw tote is here to stay! This chic Parisian style tote is absolutely gorgeous and I get compliments on it every time I leave the house with it. I thought it would only be my summer bag but I ended up using it practically year round. It’s great for spring and fits everything you need.
leontin sweater
The Leontin Sweater is one of my all time favorite Sézane staples (as most of you probably know because I post about it every time it’s restocked). It’s 100% organic cotton with a gorgeous button front detail. It’s thick without being heavy and slouchy without being too big. This one is a slightly cropped style so I do recommend sizing up but not going too big. I went with a medium which is just right. I wrote a review of it here (which made me realize I got it almost 3 years ago now!).
michele jacket
The Michele Jacket is basically my dream blazer. A beautiful double breasted navy with gold buttons. It instantly elevates any outfit. It’s a wool blend and wearable for spring, fall and winter. The fit is roomy and I went with my true size. I love this blazer with blouses, tees, and even a light sweater.
embroidered blouse
I’m such a sucker for anything embroidered, especially a blouse. This one is so pretty for spring, layered under a cardigan or blazer, or wear it alone. It’s made with organic cotton and looks gorgeous tucked into jeans or trousers. If you’re in a cooler climate I love it layered under a sweater vest for spring.
flat sandals
These low slightly chunky sandals with gold buckles are a great style for spring and summer. I like the brown and black. They’re very comfortable and would be great with jeans, shorts or a dress. They have a soft footbed for walking.

Hi Jess, I think I’m finally going to make a Sezane purchase but I have a couple of questions about sizing. How does the Juan tank run size wise? And would you still recommend sizing up on the Leontine jumper on someone with a short torso and only 5’1v
Hi Danielle. I think the Juan tank runs TTS. For the Leontine jumper it really depends on how you want it to fit. Because it’s more cropped I’d probably go with your true size, I wanted mine a bit on the bigger side so I went up in size.
Hello, I like your outfit and consider buying Sami jumper. Would be nice to know what size did you choose?
