PINKS AND PLAID

How To Wear A Tunic Sweater

I’ve tried many, many times to wear white jeans, and every time I fail. I’ve just never found the perfect pair. When I see them on other people I always think, wow, white jeans are so cute, I should try that. So I set out on my epic journey to find a pair I like, and it never ends well. This pair of blush skinny jeans by 7 For All Mankind on the other hand are the perfect stepping stone. I’m pretty excited about all the pastels happening for spring (as evidenced here, here and here) and these skinnies are no exception. I’ll definitely be packing these babies for my trip (exactly 2 weeks to go).

  1. I’ve always had a hard time with finding the right jeans as well. The blush color looks great, and the bold and bright plaid print on your coat is just fabulous!

I love that blush color, even more than white! I just never know how all these other women keep their white jeans from getting stained! (Kind of like Megan Fox’s jeans in Transformers 2? You know, where she’s running from giant robots in the desert, but her white jeans still stay pristine…?) But that blush color is just lovely!

  4. Love the coat! I can’t do white pants or jeans. Maybe it’s that I’ve never had the right kind of pants. I feel like they accentuates every dimple and bulge. But I do love the blush, those are nice.

  5. Hi… I used a picture of your coat on my blog. I borrowed it from Catherine Summers and she linked me to you. I will post your site under the picture. By the way I LOVE THE COAT. Wish I could wear it but I’m 65 and a little “trunky” I look forward to following your blog.
