Last April I connected with Haverhill, the woman behind her namesake jewelry brand, New England-based Haverhill Collection. I was looking for some personalized jewelry I could wear everyday and she suggested the birthstone necklace. I decided to do a birthstone for everyone in my family, 5 stones total. Blue topaz for December (Craig and I), amethyst for Marin (February), and three stones for the pets representing their adoption months.

I have not taken it off since, and a few months ago added a necklace from their letters collection with Marin’s name. I used to wear a lot of different jewelry and layer tons of necklaces but since having a baby I am lucky if I find time to shower, truly. So my everyday jewelry has to be easy and durable. I love that I never have to take these off and don’t have to worry about them tarnishing (seriously, wore them all summer to the beach, showers, workouts, etc.).
