Mother’s Day Gift Guide
Don’t get me wrong, flowers for Mother’s Day is a great gift. It’s usually my go-to and I love receiving them too, but particularly since most of us aren’t going to see our moms or other mother figures this year, I thought I’d share some extra special gift ideas for the ones we love. My mom may be getting a few things on this list but I can’t say what they are because she reads the blog every day, hi Mom 😉
Mother’s Day Gift Guide
Supergoop Glow Screen
My mom loves skincare and this is one of those amazing do-it-all products. I’ve been wearing it everyday and it’s great under makeup or on its own. I’m always looking for a good face sunscreen and this one is definitely a winner. I wear it often days with the Bright Eyed Mineral Eye Cream, mascara and that’s it!
Yearly Co. Threader Hoops or Ball Studs
I immediately fell in love with sustainable jewelry brand Yearly Co. after discovering them thanks to so many recommendations from all of you. Their handmade 14k gold jewelry is made in Nashville, Tennessee, and was inspired by the classic anniversary stacking bangle that Ann’s grandfather gave her grandmother every year of marriage. Their pieces are all custom fit and typically require a 2-4 week turnaround (I wear my stack everyday). The 14k gold Gold Threader Hoops and 14k Gold Ball Studs are ready to ship and perfect for everyday wear. Use code JESS20OFF for $20 off any purchase.
Sam Edelman Loraine Loafers
A comfortable, classic loafer, these are great quality for the price and a nice addition to any wardrobe. I gave these to my mom a few years ago and she loves them. I’ve had mine for three years and they still look new.
One of the best clean beauty products I’ve tried recently!
Handmade in Nashville, the perfect subtle hint of gold in a 1”, 1.5″ or 2” hoop with a T-style back. Use code JESS20OFF for $20 off any purchase.
The comfiest loafers ever. A great price, nice quality and a classic look. My mom loves her pair!
Versatile, classic and washable. Plus it’s great for everyday and travel.

Non-toxic refillable soap that Mom can use for anything and everything. I have one at every sink in our house.
These super soft pima cotton pajamas come in several colors and styles and the recipient will never want to take them off!
For a new mom, the Baby Book is a classic and timeless keepsake. It also comes with a set of prints.
MZ Wallace Tote
I’m a big fan of MZ Wallace and have several of their bags including the Large Tote, the Maxwell Tote and the City Backpack. They’re great for travel, the gym, commuting and as an everyday bag. They’re also washable. I use the Maxwell Tote and the Backpack as diaper bags and for baby stuff on the go.
Bodily Post Birth Recovery Kit
If you have a new or expecting mom on your gift list Bodily’s Post Birth Recovery Kit has everything they could possibly need. They also make specific kits for vaginal birth and c-section recovery. You can use code JESSBODILY for free breast pads with any order of $50+.
Haverhill Collection Birthstone Necklace
This sustainable New England based jewelry brand makes beautiful pieces like the customizable birthstone necklace. I have one with 5 stones, one for Marin, one for Craig and I, and one for the adoption month for each pet. The solitaire birthstone necklace is in stock and ready to ship. You can use code JESS15 for 15 off.
Follain Everything Soap
I keep this refillable soap at every sink in our house. A great way to gift non-toxic products and it comes in two lovely scents, lemongrass and lavender. It’s also vegan with certified organic ingredients. Pairing it with a few products from Follain makes a nice gift, like the hydrating mask and Farmaesthetics lavender milk. Use code JESSANNKIRBY15 for 15% off your order.
A great “one for you, one for me” gift, haha. Lake Pajamas are so soft and cozy, I have too many pairs to admit, they are my absolute favorite. I love giving the robe as a gift to new moms. The shorts set is perfect as the weather gets warmer. I think they fit true to size, I get a small because I like my pajamas a little loose (they will shrink a little).
I’m a huge fan of Artifact Uprising. From their prints to their frames to their desk calendars, everything is great quality and always makes a nice gift. I love the brass easel and calendar as a gift, it’s always a hit. For a new mom, the Baby Book is a classic and timeless keepsake.
