Holiday Style: Dressed Up Denim

Ask and you shall receive. When I polled everyone a few weeks ago on Instagram about what kind of holiday style inspo you were looking for, dressed up denim was the clear winner. I can see why. I’m a denim girl through and through, and I love being able to wear it for the holidays, personally I just tend to feel better in jeans. I picked out two super cute pairs from 7 For All Mankind for this season, this pair of skinny coated denim and this pair of ankle skinny jeans. Both have the perfect amount of stretch and an inseam that hits right at the ankle, which for me is more flattering. This dark green pair is also really cute for holiday and would be super cute with a red or cream sweater and loafers. Need some ideas on dressing up denim for holiday? Scroll down to see how I’m breaking it down.

Denim

I’ve already worn these 7 For All Mankind skinny jeans a few times this season. The ankle grazing hemline is super flattering, especially with these booties. You may have seen these coated skinnies on my stories a few weeks ago for our team dinner. I wore them with a chunky sweater and these booties because it was freezing that night. These coated skinnies have just enough stretch so they’re super comfortable. This pair is also super cute for holiday, I paired them with metallic loafers for a dinner date last week.

Faux Fur

The color of this faux fur jacket is to die for. Honestly it’s better in person. It’s light enough that you can wear it indoors over a bodysuit if you live in a chillier climate. These velvet skinnies would be really cute with this jacket.

Sleek Bodysuit

Keep it simple and sleek on top with a bodysuit. I love the button detail on this one.

Sparkly Shoes

You’ve probably seen these booties before. I’ve worn them a bunch already this year. I wasn’t sure initially if they were a good purchase but I can’t stop wearing them. They’re actually really comfortable and I love how they look with these coated skinny jeans. They’re fun and festive for the holiday season too.
