There are a few things that I’ve noticed keep showing up in my wardrobe, fedora hats, sweaters and plaid. This is probably not revolutionary but these pieces just keep finding their way into my daily outfits. Craig usually keeps it simple, he’s a flannel shirt and jeans guy, but he always manages (IMHO) to look polished. So we are both really excited to be teaming up with French Connection to share some of our favorite styles for fall since it’s one of our go-to places to shop. We both prefer pieces that are fashionable and functional and so it was no surprise when Craig picked out a pair of black skinny jeans and a corduroy button down. I think the leather boots are a great addition for a casual look, and it’s the type of outfit that can be dressed up  for a dinner date with a blazer (like this one) and loafers. I opted for these checked wool trousers that are not only soft but super chic. They are great worn with a sweater but would also be perfect dressed up with a sequined blouse and heels.
