Sorry for the absence over here the last few days. As many of you already know, our family dog passed away and it’s been a rough few days. He was such a huge part of our life, and my first dog (getting him is a long story I’ll save for another day). I really appreciate all of your kind messages and notes, it means so much to me. It’s hard to know what to do, as someone who shares their life on a regular basis, when something like this happens. I have to continue working and making a living, but I can’t pretend like nothing happened. So while talking about fall fashion feels a bit trivial right now, this outfit does make me happy, and I did want to share it with all of you. So here we are. You may notice some of these pieces from my fall fashion haul on Youtube. I just love this combo and each piece on its own. So many ways to wear each one.

I’m pretty sure stripes will never go out of style and my closet is proof of that. This stripe tee from H&M is perfectly slouchy and I love the lightning bolt patch detail.
Suede
One of my favorite things about fall, suede. Whether it’s a gorgeous skirt like this stunning emerald mini or a great pair of ankle booties I can’t get enough come autumn. I couldn’t believe how well this skirt fit right out of the box. Fits like a glove.
(Faux) Shearling
I KNEW I had to have this faux shearling moto when I saw it online last weekend. And I’m happy to report it’s just as cute in person. A great cozy jacket option for fall.
