Everything You Need To Know About Thrive Market
I have been using Thrive Market for several months now and love it! Thrive is an online grocery shopping option that provides delivery everywhere in the U.S. Thrive was created by four individuals with a goal to make healthy living easy and affordable for everyone. I love Thrive because they have high standards, (they are a Certified B Corporation) and I know I can trust the quality, sustainability and affordability of everything on their website. They are currently carbon neutral with a goal of becoming carbon negative by 2025. Also a bonus, with every annual membership purchase, each family in need is sponsored for a year. I love that my own membership supports another family in need.
Thrive has been described as a “Costco meets Whole Foods” and I completely agree. It’s a great place to buy healthy, organic things in bulk and save big on what you would normally spend in the grocery store. I love that they have so many great brands and offer gluten free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian dietary options. Thrive offers so many healthy food options that are non-gmo and equally delicious!

Is Thrive Market Worth It?
How Does Thrive Market Work?
Thrive is super easy to sign up for and begin a membership. Thrive offers a one month trial period free of cost, but it is important to understand that in order to trial Thrive you must enter your card details and a subscription will automatically begin if you do not cancel by the end of your month trial. See below for canceling your Thrive subscription.
To begin shopping you can use the search engine to look for items you would like to add to your cart or autoship. Thrive has so many wonderful items to choose from. Everything from canned good, sauces, meats, frozen food, bath and body, cleaning products and more. They also have great products for babies, children and even pets.
In my autoship cart I have a variety of things– collagen and mineral powders, kids bars, pouches, other kids snacks, kombucha, teas, honey, soap and probiotics. It is a great way to make your weekly shop so much more streamlined and simple. These monthly shipments mean I don’t need to worry about buying kids snacks, cleaning products powders and teas, etc. at the grocery store. And it’s so nice to know I’m saving by buying these things on Thrive each month.
Why Choose Thrive Market?
Thrive may not be for everyone, but for me, it is a great option. Especially living in a rural area where it takes 30 minutes to drive to the grocery store. Having a monthly Thrive autoship is such a life saver. I have compared Thrive prices to our local grocery stores and Thrive definitely saves us money. It may only be a few dollars per item, but that adds up and imagine how much you could save in a year.
If you are someone who prioritizes organic, sustainable foods and is looking for more affordable prices, give Thrive a try!
How to Cancel a Thrive Market Membership?
If Thrive wasn’t for you, your membership can easily be cancelled. Go to the Thrive website and click the chat button on the lower right hand part of your screen to speak with a virtual assistant. Request to cancel your account and they should be able to do so immediately after providing your account details. If you choose to stay on they may provide a discount for your next order.

Thrive Market Products
What are some of my favorite Thrive Market Products? There are so many to choose from but I’ve shared some of my favorites below.
Kids Snacks
I always find myself scanning labels in grocery stores trying to find healthy, nutritious snacks that my kid will also enjoy. So many kids snacks are just packed with sugar and zero protein. I love that Thrive offers so many great brands with lots of nutrients, protein and good tastes to keep my kiddo healthy and energized throughout the day.
Happy Tot Fiber and Protein Bars
These fiber and protein bars were a savior when my son was dealing with constipation daily. We tried all the things and I honestly think these were one of the things that finally helped! He still loves them and eats them regularly.
Amara Baby Food Plant-Based Yogurt Melts
The yogurt melts are always a winner for new eaters and we still use these as a fun snack or as a distraction for a hungry kid while trying to finish up dinner.
Organic Noka Superfood Smoothie
The Noka pouches are the best! Packed with protein, vitamins, iron, potassium, fiber and zero added sugar, this is one of the few pouches I buy now, knowing it’s going to be providing a good source of nutrients without the added junk. Not to mention, my son loves them and there are so many flavors to choose from!
Go-Go Squeeze Applesauce Variety Pack
These are another go-to snack for us! Easy to throw in a lunch box on the go and I love that you can buy them in bulk with lots of flavors to choose from.
Bobo’s Stuffed Oat Bites
My son loves these Bobo’s Stuffed Oat Bites and they are one of the few snacks that he has consistently loved for a long time. I often find every time I buy something in bulk my kid decides he now hates that snack… so Bobo’s are for sure a success! He loves the PJ & J flavor. Oh and they are gluten-free!
Organic Veggie Sticks
Veggie sticks are the best and these do not disappoint! Dipped in hummus or just enjoyed plain on the go.
Bob’s Red Mill Peanut Butter Jelly & Oat Bars
Everyone in our house loves these bars! They are delicious and nutritious and a great source of protein for a snack between meals or addition to a lunch box!
Nature’s Bakery Gluten Free Fig Bars
Similar to the Fig Newtons we grew up with, my son loves these but they are super high in sugar! So we try to save for special occasions versus the everyday snack.
Solely Organic Fruit Jerky, Mango
These are pretty chewy so not for early eaters. But super delicious for children and adults! Willy is just getting to a place where he can chew it at 21 months.

Food Products
It’s so nice to be able to stock up on items in bulk that we use daily like peanut butter, honey, oats, beans, lentils, rice and pasta! Here are a few of my favorite brands– many are made by the Thrive Market brand that we know and love!
- Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- Organic Raw Unstrained Honey
- Bob’s Red Mill Organic Gluten-Free Regular Rolled Oats
- Thrive Organic Black Beans
- Organic Dried Green Lentils
- Organic White Jasmine Rice Bulk
- Banza Gluten-Free Rotini Chickpea Pasta
- Primal Kitchen Sauces
Vitamins & Teas
I just started getting my collagen powder, probiotics and mineral powder from Thrive. I have used them for a few months now and love them. I like the Collagen Hydrolysate by Great Lakes Wellness— I put it in my tea each morning and it add a little bit of creaminess but dissolves completely and has zero taste. I also like the GOODONYA HYDRATE, Electrolyte & Mineral Powder which I add to my water bottle in the morning, it has a nice flavor, encourages me to drink more water first thing and sets me up for a more energized, clear-headed day. I also love Thrives Matcha Powder and Four Sigmatic’s different tea blends and all of Thrives teas including peppermint, ginger turmeric, dandelion root and Tulsi Tea.
Bath, Body, Beauty and Cleaning Products
I love that they carry Dr. Bronner’s products and we usually stock up on the Pure Castile Soap every couple months. I like the rose scent. They also carry the Dr. Bronner’s Hand & Body Lotion.
I haven’t explored the Beauty section of Thrive much but they do carry some great brands. You can stock up on essential oils from Aura Cacia, Burt’s Bees lip balm and Ursa Major skin products.
Look no further for all of your cleaning needs! Thrive carries a variety of biodegradable, non-toxic, cruelty-free, BPA-free brands that make cleaning feel more sustainable and clean for our environment! Rosy is a popular brand and has everything from all-purpose cleaner to toilet bowl cleaner, dish soap and more.
