Easy Summer Mocktail Recipe
I love mocktails in the summer. Something refreshing to cool you down and quench your thirst that’s also fun to make. One of my favorite places to go for drinks in town, Au Comptoir, has fantastic mocktails. They were gracious enough to share the recipe for one of my favorites, The Rosy Cheeks. Rosy Cheeks is an easy summer mocktail recipe that’s light and delicious. It’s pretty too! A total crowd pleaser if you’re having company or an easy mocktail to whip up for dinner in the backyard.
Au Comptoir makes all their own syrups and juices for their drinks. You can buy Rose Syrup at your local liquor or speciality beverage store, or you can try this easy recipe to make your own.
