Easy Fall Decor That’s Cozy and Festive
Candles & Lighting
Is there anything better than a beautiful fall scented candle to cozy up next to on those crisp fall evenings with a good book or movie? We love candles, especially those that use organic, natural scents, that are eco-friendly, cruelty-free, non-toxic, phthalate-free, and petroleum-free! We are big fans of Brooklyn Candle Studio— try Montana Forest, Apple Cider, and Fern + Moss for autumn vibes. Sweet Water Decor is another new favorite with the perfect scents to set the mood in your home– try Cozy Season and Hello Fall.
This Woldford Flower Bulb Oil Lamp is another great way to set the mood in your home for fall! Display as part of a table setting or on a mantel. It gives both spooky and cozy, romantic fall vibes.
Blankets
Cozy up this fall with a soft, warm blanket! Not only are blankets the best way to get comfy on the couch when the temps start to cool, but they also look beautiful draped on chairs and couches in your living room. Not to mention, dog-friendly blankets like Chappywrap are a great way to protect your furniture from our furry friends. We love the fall favorites collection. So many beautiful shades to cozy up to this fall! We also love this Ibex Wool Blanket in such nice subtle neutrals to get you through those cool winter months.
Flowers
There are some beautiful late season flowers and dried floral options that can bring warmth and love into your home. Decorate your porch with pretty autumn shades of mums. Place dried flowers around your house that will look beautiful for weeks to months! I always love dried flowers and how long-lasting they are.
Pumpkins, Gourds and Apples Oh My!
There are so many fun ways to decorate with pumpkins, gourds and apples for fall. You can grow or buy real pumpkins from your local farms to display on your porch and table displays in your home. You can also purchase fake pumpkins, gourds or apples to display in your home and use again each year. Small pumpkins look festive out on the table or displayed in a wooden bowl (made in New Hampshire). I love all the pretty fall shades of velvet pumpkins. I bought some last year that I’ll be able to use for years to come! We also love these glass pumpkins from Simon Pearce. They are a bit of an investment, but will be a gift that keeps on giving each fall.
Table Settings
Decorating a fall table can be so simple and fun. These Mustard Linen Napkins with these porcelain napkin rings would make a great table setting for your next dinner party. Another great addition to your kitchen staples is this round oil cruet made by a local company in Maine called Campfire. We also love their cheese board which would make a great base for a fall charcuterie. And then of course a beautiful picnic basket from Ollie and Ella for all your fall picnic outings!
Fall Wreaths
Fall wreaths are another lovely and simple way to dress up your home. It’s such a pretty way to welcome guests into your home and bring in some seasonal color and ambiance. Get a wreath that represents the fall season with natural elements like pinecones, twigs, leaves, berries, wheat, dried flowers, small pumpkins and more! Try something colorful like this pixie garden wreath or look for something local at your local farmers market.
