It’s soup season! As cool, cozy fall weather approaches the cravings for warm feel good meals start to kick in. Hearty soups are one of my favorite things to cook during the fall. Soups are great meals because like a casserole everything is in one pot leaving less clean up and often easier to whip up. It’s such a well rounded meal too with vegetables, broth, grains and sometimes meat.
