Cozy Fall Bourbon Cocktail Recipe

Fall Bourbon Cocktail Recipe
The Cardigan
With notes of ginger, baking spices, and toasted pecans, this balanced but flavorful cocktail is the perfect fireside companion.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Toasted Pecan infused bourbon
- 0.75 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Ginger Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Allspice Dram
- Small pinch of salt
- Soda water to top
Directions
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT soda water in a shaking tin packed full of ice. Shake well, and then strain into a ten or twelve ounce glass over lots of ice. Top off with soda water and then garnish with a dried orange wheel.
