Too soon for pumpkins and gourds? I’m not quite ready for summer to go but I’m feeling ready for fall, makes sense right? This was a big week for us and as soon as I can share the news (by mid-September) I will! No, I am definitely not pregnant. I am really loving seeing all of your posts for the #monthlystylechallenge. It has been fun to have a reason to get dressed every day. Happy weekend.

If you’re looking for something to buy, try, read, share or pin, we’ve got you covered. Here’s the best of the week…

On family secrets and how we deliver bad news—an interesting perspective on how not wanting to worry or burden people might not be the best mindset.

Missoma is doing a last minute Labor Day sale for 15% off site wide with code LB15. The two necklaces I’ve been wearing everyday are the Sun Medallion and the Box Link Double Chain Necklace.

Maybe it’s because we’re hardwired to slip into back-to-school mode come September, but there’s something so exciting about fall fashion.

Headspace is not one to offer discount codes often (if ever!) so I’m really excited that they’ve shared a link with me to give you guys 25% off your first yearly subscription. I’ve partnered with them for several months now and I gave everyone in my family a subscription for Christmas last year. It has been one of the best things for my mental health (that and CBD haha).

Have you guys watched the Before trilogy? So Before Sunrise, Before Sunset, and Before Midnight? I finally did this past weekend and it’s amazing, I highly recommend it! (C)

One of my favorite denim brands CQY is having a Labor Day Sale. Get 30% off with CQY30 (free shipping too). I love the Icon in Vice (they fit true to size).

Sezane brought back the Betty Jacket one of my favorite finds from last fall. I sized up to a large because I wanted it oversized (and I was pregnant at the time). I think going one size up would be enough room. (J)

These homemade Nutter Butter cookies look outstanding.

Real estate in NYC has always been troubling but Covid has only fanned the flames. This deep dive into a yoga and real estate empire was shocking.

Jesmyn Ward on losing her husband to Covid and grieving during a pandemic. This essay is fantastically written.

Right?! If you liked that, you should watch The Vow on HBO Max, I’m pretty sure Jess mentioned it in a previous C.R.L. but we’re all watching it and it’s insane.

I can’t believe I just watched them for the first time. Once I committed and watched all three I started googling around and saw that they have a practically perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes and that’s pretty rare.
