Happy Friday. I’ve been home all week with a sick toddler. I was feeling pretty good about the fact that we made it 3 whole weeks into the school year. It’s officially fall and I think foliage is going to peak early this year. We’ve had a lot of rain and now some cold temps so the conditions are ripe for the colors to pop soon. Speaking of, I launched a new website called Vermont Foliage. It will be updated seasonally with lots of fall foliage content for all of Vermont. If you’re planning a foliage trip, check it out and please share as well. Wishing all of you a great weekend.
Here’s the best of the week…

A conversation on household equity. “I know so many cis-hetero couples where guys leave for eight hours to go golfing every weekend; eight hours to go to a friend’s house or to go to an actual football game, every weekend. That is a massive amount of time that seems inconceivable to a lot of women in those hetero partnerships. I think that men are like… Why would they want to change that? Why would they want to take that away? If all they have to do is just get in a fight every once in a while about it, that seems like a small price to pay for having all of that freedom.”
