I’m so excited for the leaves to start changing. There’s subtle hints of it here and there around town, but we probably have a few more weeks until peak foliage. I’ve been working behind the scenes on a special collab with Follain that launches in October. You can sign up here to join the waitlist and be the first to know when it launches! I’m also trying to put the finishing touches on my Newport Guide so it will be live for all of your fall trips. No plans for us this weekend just hanging at home and enjoying the beautiful fall weather. Wishing all of you a good one.
If you’re looking for something to buy, try, read, share or pin, we’ve got you covered. Here’s the best of the week…

This sweater from Sézane was just restocked! I ordered it along with this dress.

It’s the Supergoop friends and family sale (I think it’s only twice a year!). Use code SUPER20 for 20% off site wide. I am a huge fan of the Mineral Sheerscreen and the Mineral Eye Cream. The Mineral Sun Balm is also amazing especially for sunny winter days (we use this for snowboarding all the time). This Mineral Stick is great for kiddos.
A woman is suing Pinterest for not being credited as a creator of the platform—it’s crazy how such a woman-focused app isn’t very woman-friendly to the people working there.
Follain and Organic Bath Co. just launched this body cream and it’s so good. Deeply moisturizing and fast absorbing it’s amazing for dry skin. I’ve been lathering it on at night and my skin still feels hydrated the next day.
A friend of mine recently wrote a cookbook and I just got my copy, it’s called Bare Minimum Dinners and it’s SO simple. Short ingredient lists, quick cook times, and great ideas for simple dinners, just because sometimes you just need some suggestions, right? (C)
Arthur C. Brook’s column is usually amazing, but this one about soulmates felt especially poignant.
Facebook knows that Instagram is toxic for teen girls.
Black surfers reclaim their place on the waves.
I just discovered @hayleymorris3 on Instagram and I can’t stop laughing.
An interesting deep dive on the politics of fashion, it’s so timely with all of the conversations about the Met Gala this past week.
This is an older piece, but definitely worth a read if you missed it—how the wealthiest Americans avoid income tax. Jess and Emily also discuss on their podcast here.
Completely appalling…about the revolt of NYC delivery workers.
