I’m so excited for the leaves to start changing. There’s subtle hints of it here and there around town, but we probably have a few more weeks until peak foliage. A friend of mine recently wrote a cookbook and I just got my copy, it’s called Bare Minimum Dinners and it’s SO simple. Short ingredient lists, quick cook times, and great ideas for simple dinners, just because sometimes you just need some suggestions, right? (C)
