It was a quiet week over here on the blog but I really wanted to commit to actually taking some time off while we were in New Hampshire and I’m so glad I did. Feeling very refreshed and ready to get back to it. I can’t believe it’s the last weekend in January already! Kinda ok with that because it means spring is 7 weeks away (or if you’re in New England it’s more like 14 but whatever). Still loving all of your #JAKwellness12 weekly check-ins.
