I love how you attached an article about gender roles! My partner and I both share responsibilities, we make it a point to take turns cooking, cleaning, getting our daughter ready, literally everything is 50/50 and we both take turns doing everything.

Growing up I was definitely a tom boy (I grew up with all older boy cousins), so if I find an article of clothing that I like for my daughter in the “boys” section I won’t let that stop me from buying it for her. She likes playing with cars and trucks over baby dolls and that’s perfectly fine with me. We have never and will never tell her she can’t do something because she’s a girl.
