I hope it was a good week for all of you. Emily and I finally launched our podcast which was exciting and nerve-wracking. I’m also working away on the Newport Guide. I can’t wait to share more about it soon. We have a low key weekend planned, hoping for a beach day on Sunday. Wishing you all a good one.

If you’re looking for something to buy, try, read, share or pin, we’ve got you covered. Here’s the best of the week…

Loved this cover story about Simone Biles. She talks very candidly about her happiness both in and outside of the gym.

Finally had to see what the hype is all about. I ordered the Ellie nap dress from their latest collection. It seems like the perfect summer dress. (J)

A collection of essays and articles celebrating queer culture.

Not feeling like going back to the office? When faced with a choice, people are just quitting instead.

I saw this house tour of a Fire Island cottage and it just looks so idyllic that I can’t stop thinking about how nice it would be to take a vacation there. (C)

The moral cost of the modern zoo—this was such an informative piece.

Stumbled on this video of Ethan Hawke breaking down some of his most iconic characters and I really loved how thoughtful and honest he was about the behind the scenes info. (C)
