Welp, forget fall, winter showed up here overnight and we woke up to freezing temps. Cue the fireplace blaring and our favorite L.L. Bean slippers. Today is really exciting because we have a team dinner at Gurney’s in Newport to celebrate our 4 year blogging anniversary. We’ve never really celebrated it before but this year feels like a pretty big milestone, and we have a lot of exciting things planned for the rest of this year and 2018. Tomorrow Jess will be sharing a post about what it’s really like to be a full-time blogger (not holding anything back on this one) and next week there will be a post about lessons learned after 4 years. More importantly though, words cannot possibly express the gratitude we have for your continued readership and support. We honestly brag we have the best readers because all of you are such a fun, kind, open and positive group of people that make what we do even more rewarding. None of this would be happening without all of you and there aren’t enough ways to express how much that means to all of us. We’re so excited to bring you some really fun and exciting content over the next few weeks and months. Thanks as always for tuning in and engaging with us.

xx

If you’re looking for something to buy, try, read, share or pin, we’ve got you covered. Here’s the best of the week…

Brrrr it’s getting cold. Watch this awesome video that shows you how to make a chunky merino knit blanket.

Therapy advice that tends to be true 99% of the time.

This Thanksgiving Day parade centerpiece might be the cutest idea ever.

I’m pinning up a storm getting inspired for my Thanksgiving tablescape and holiday decor. (J)

Who’s excited for the second season of The Crown?

Everything you ever wanted to know about butter. Just in time for Thanksgiving.

This post by Grace about how to be single really resonated with me. I think her advice is spot on whether you’re single or in a relationship.  (J)

As if Paris needed any help being more magical. They’re adding sparkling water fountains.

Have you guys heard about Lady Bird? It’s Greta Gerwig’s directorial debut and people are raving about it.

This rice bowl is the perfect easy weeknight meal.

I know I need to read more books, but in the meantime here is Grace’s reading list because she is much better at it than me.

Sad but not surprising.

This Texas home tour is some serious #designgoals.

Have you guys tried farro? It has such great flavor. Try this broccoli rubble farro salad.

In case you needed any cookie recipes for the holidays, Liz has you covered.

I’v always disliked Facebook and really for no reason. I just could not put my finger on it. I obviously don’t have Facebook but if I did I’d feel like I got slapped by what Parker revealed. Oh and yes, I am sooo excited for Season 2 of The Crown! Have a lovely weekend!
