Click. Read. Love. 12.29.20

Caylin and I decided to do something a little different and post a mid-week edition of CRL. We are both taking some much needed time off this holiday season so we are rounding up some of the things we’re loving right now. I’ve also rounded up the top links from CRL this year (the most read articles and most shopped links). I hope all of you are able to get some rest and restorative time, whatever that looks like for you. Sending you all so much love as we close out 2020 and look ahead to the New Year. I am beyond grateful for the community we have created here. You were all such a strong presence and bright light in the midst of an incredibly difficult year. I look forward to more connection, conversation and community in 2021.

If you’re looking for something to buy, try, read, share or pin, we’ve got you covered. Here’s the best of the week…

watch

Have you seen Bridgerton? It’s an English period piece on Netflix and it is SO good. Caylin and I both binge watched it in a few days. (J)

I watched Pixar’s Soul (Disney+) over the weekend and it was LOVELY—classic Pixar in that it has laughs for the kids but a lot of the humor and topics that are really for adults. (C)

Diana: In Her Own Words was eye opening, heartbreaking and also fascinating. I learned so much about her.

I had FOMO and finally bought the headband. Clearly I’m having a fun NYE from my house or my “bunker” as I’m fondly calling it. Happy new year, Jess and Caylin!

Bridgerton is sooo steamy and I loved the costuming and the story too! Binged all weekend after the recommendation . I needed that distraction badly since I had a death in my family, my children’s Father. Although we were divorced the grief and the good memories hit me so very hard. Much harder than I imagined. I had also formed a friendship with his sweet wife and did all I could to be supportive to her never telling her anything bad. I wish it was me all these years and I was happy but some loved are just not meant to ever be. Hope everyone had a much better year and stays safe and healthy. I have my magic headband and I’m open to anything to feel less anxious and sleep . Hugs Jess and my favorite Family xoxo
