Hope everyone had a great week. I’m headed on a day trip to Montserrat today with the fam, we are loving Barcelona so far and have had SO many good meals, the food here is amazing. We also went to the Picasso Museum which was really cool. We have some other little mini road trips to get out of the city and explore some little villages and beach towns. If you guys have any recommendations definitely let me know in the comments. Wishing all of you a great weekend.

I can speak to Ritual! I’ve been taking these for over a year and have noticed that I get sick less frequently than before taking a multi, and I have markedly lower energy if I miss a few days. They also don’t cue that nausea if taken on an empty stomach that others cause. I hope this helps!

I’ve been using Ritual for about two years, and I love them. I used just a general women’s multivitamin before, along with taking extra fish oil/Vitamin D, so I like that these simplify that. They show up each month so I don’t have to remember to buy them, and I haven’t gotten sick at all this winter (not sure if I can attribute that completely to the vitamins or just because this winter in RI hasn’t been that bad!) but maybe it helps?

    Also they’re pretty!

Loving them so far and you’re right they’re so pretty. I also like that they’re not huge either. Thanks so much for your input!
