Happy Friday from St. Pete Beach. I forgot what it feels like to be warm, but now I remember, it’s really nice. Thanks to all of you that shared recommendations on Instagram, I think we are headed to a little island today before we check into our next hotel. I got a lot of questions about what I packed. Almost everything I brought is in the capsule wardrobe with the exception of a few pieces from Anthropologie that I will link below. Wishing all of you a great weekend.
xx

If you’re looking for something to buy, try, read, share or pin, we’ve got you covered. Here’s the best of the week…
Here’s what I got from Anthro for St Pete (I’m doing a small collab with them around this trip): this slip dress in the green, this Mara Hoffman bikini top and bottoms (her swimwear is sustainable), this one-piece because I just couldn’t get over the print, and not clothing related but I got this salt spray and it gives great texture (this is my hair just air dried with the spray, and a healthy dose of humidity).
Did you guys read The Woman at the Window? The true story of the author is more fascinating than the book itself. This New Yorker expose was riveting.
These mini peels from Indie Lee are so great. I use them 1-3x a week before my nightly skincare routine to help my products penetrate my skin better and make my skin more hydrated and radiant.
Feeling a little ambitious? Try making these homemade chocolate croissants.
The best board games for adults on Amazon. Some of these choices you won’t want to play with mom and dad.
Want to be happier? Stop planning your free time and get spontaneous.
The tastiest looking cauliflower rice you’ve ever seen.
February horoscopes are here.
I started testing this Ursa Major Vitamin C Serum and I’m loving it so far, too soon to really see it’s effectiveness but it makes my skin feel great and I love that it’s a clean beauty brand, based in New England. (J)
Really loved this post from Grace on simplifying, and I couldn’t agree more with her feelings on purging and making smarter purchasing decisions. Ultimately you should do what’s best for you, your lifestyle and what makes you happy.
Have you guys heard of the lifestyle site The Maryn? If you’re looking for absolutely gorgeous interior inspo, look no further than their home tours.
Interesting piece on spending money where you spend your time, maybe this means I can buy that robot vacuum.
If you haven’t read Virginia Sole-Smith you absolutely should. Her newish book The Eating Instinct: Food Culture, Body Image, and Guilt in America should be required reading. Her piece on the wellness movement is also eye-opening. (C)
If you’ve watched Orlando Soria on Instagram you know how funny he is. He’s hosting a new HGTV show called Unspouse My House that we’re sure will be equally hilarious.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doesn’t owe you a smile.
Umm saw this tip on Cup of Jo and it has changed my artwork-hanging life. (C)
thank you so much jess. miss you – have a great weekend!
