Happy Friday! You may have seen on Instagram this week (check the highlights if you missed it) we finally got the shed for our backyard to empty the garage so Craig can start working on the addition. The lumber for the subfloor has been ordered and we are finally officially underway. I’m starting to pull together inspiration for the bathroom and bedroom, can’t wait to share that soon. Lots of great links this week…I can’t believe it’s almost November! Hope all of you have a great weekend.

I love this fisherman sweater from sustainable and ethical brand Tradlands. I sized up to a large so it would be extra roomy through the winter (it already runs big so keep that in mind). If you can’t do wool/alpca they also have a really nice cotton version.

A story of a white and black family and how they’re dealing with their families history.
Who doesn’t love a versatile weeknight fall meal like this butternut squash salad with farro and pepitas. You can sub in other roasted veggies based on what you have on hand. (C)
