The Chunky Knit Sweater

It was as cold as it looks in these photos last night on our walk before dinner. That happened quickly! Weeks of gorgeous, perfect weather and now a forecast of wind, clouds and rain with no end in sight. Cue the chunky knit sweater. Something about that sounds sort of weird right? Chunky knit. Is it just me? But  it’s hard not to make a case for it (if anyone has a better word for chunky please let me know). Cozy, easy to layer and a lovely alternative to a coat the chunky knit deserves a place in your sweater pile. I haven’t quite mustered up the courage to splurge on this one from Vince but I seriously check to see if my size is in stock almost daily, I know it’s a problem, but it’s SO gorgeous. This one I’m wearing from Ann Taylor is a great price point under $150 along with this one that’s a bit longer. I’ve been living in this roll neck sweater from French Connection, it’s super soft and I love the hunter green color, sort of want to get the ivory shade as well. And can we talk about these sneakers? Part of a collab with Bergdorf’s and Neiman’s New Balance created three exclusive styles and I want them all.
