5 Cute and Comfortable Shoe Styles You Can Wear Day to Night

When I asked all of you to send me your ideas and requests for blog posts, the number one submission was for comfortable shoes to wear day to night. Why didn’t I think of that?! Haha. Seriously though, that seems like a no-brainer and I remember well those days of living in the city, and trying to figure out what to wear that I could survive in from 7 or 8am in the morning until 9pm at night. I’ve rounded up a variety of styles that will help take you from morning meetings to happy hour without suffering through blisters, crammed toes, and the dreaded moment when you debate walking barefoot on a city street.
Slides

It doesn’t really get any more comfortable than slides. So many great styles to choose from this season, I’ve picked up a few pairs included these velvet slides and this embellished pair. Dress them up or down and easily rock them day to night, no blisters or achy feet required.

Mules

Dress & Bag

I honestly almost couldn’t believe how comfortable these blush mules were when I tried them on. Pair them with a flowy dress or high waisted trousers. Blush is back for fall but there are some other gorgeous colors to try like this blue velvet or these red suede mules.

Ankle Booties

Not all ankle boots are created equal, but any of these are perfect for transitioning from day to night. I love a velvet ankle boot paired with an ankle skimming trouser or denim.

Over the Knee Boots

One of my favorite go-to styles for day to night dressing. Wear them with a dress, a skirt, skinny jeans, the list goes on. You can’t go wrong with a great pair of over the knee boots.
