There is still plenty of time to decide on your Turkey Day decor, so I created a Thanksgiving tablescape (with the help of our local West Elm in Providence) to help get you inspired for one of our favorite holidays of the year. The result feels beachy and autumnal, thanks to ocean blues, greens and muted purples. The goal was a table that’s neutral, calming and chic.
Using a gorgeous blue-green accent plate as a starting point, the table theme is a reflection of our love for nature and the ocean. To add warmth, I opted for gold flatware and kept the glassware minimal with plain wine glasses with etched stems. The detailed stems add just the right touch of elegance. The napkin rings add a modern feel. Sold in sets of four different shapes you can mix and match, use one or all of them like I did here.
For the centerpiece, I used white taper candles set in vintage brass candlesticks from my mom. The varying candle heights add dimension. Using succulents and seeded eucalyptus from Carlone‘s, air plants from West Elm, and local pumpkins helped me create a carefree yet refined look that incorporates beach-inspired style while still feeling festive and seasonal.
Thanksgiving is truly one of our favorite holidays. A time to unplug, reflect on all the reasons we have to be grateful and to enjoy really good food. Thank you so much to our local West Elm Store and to Carlone’s Florist for helping us bring this tablescape to life. We hope you love it as much as we do!
